News — THE LIGHT OF YAHWEHShua

A HIDDEN TRUTH: "For the firstfruit"

Throughout my life, I have been taught that the first book of the bible is named Genesis. However, that name is of Greek origin and not the original language given to Moses by Yahweh. The Hebrew name for the first book given to Moses is “Bereyshiyth”.

Bereyshiyth is actually two words: Be is a preposition and reyshiyth, a noun. The English translation for Genesis is “beginning”. That is one definition of reyshiyth, but there is also an alternative definition for reyshiyth: the firstfruit.

The Strong’s number for reyshiyth is 7225. When you refer to Strong’s Concordance, you will find both definitions, beginning, and firstfruit, used for 7225.

It is of note that there is an alternative Hebrew word that Moses could have used for expressing the thought of a beginning, tekhillaw or Strong’s number 8462. However, this word is derived from the Hebrew word chalal (Strong’s 2490), which has a definition of to begin, but also to pollute or defile.

The derivation of reyshiyth is the Hebrew word, “rosh” (Strong’s 7213). This word refers to “the first thing” or “the originating event”. Unlike the derivation of tekhillaw, it does not have a negative connotation of pollute or defile.

It is my understanding that the better translation of the Hebrew for the first verse in the book of BEREYSHIYTH (Genesis) is: “For the firstfruit Elohim created the heaven and earth.”  This is a significant difference. This translation gives us the statement of Yahweh’s purpose in the first two words!

This translation is consistent with what Yahweh tells us in Isaiah 46:10:  “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, my council shall stand, and I will do my pleasure.” This is an interesting verse as well. The Hebrew word for beginning used here is reyshiyth. The Hebrew word translated as end can also mean latter days or time. This physical or earthly existence we find ourselves in is not the first creation. There was at least one other before Genesis (Bereyshiyth) 1:1. This is confirmed in Proverbs 8:22:

“Yahweh possessed me in the beginning of his way, before the works of old.”

The angels are created beings. They existed before Adam and Eve. They are made of a spiritual substance, not material or physical.  That is only one of the creations. There may be others that have not been revealed as of yet.

Who is the firstfruit that is revealed in the first two words of Genesis (Bereyshiyth) 1:1? This firstfruit is Messiah. This is confirmed in 1 Corinthians 15:23:  “But every man in his own order: Messiah the firstfruits; afterward they that are Messiah’s at his coming.” The apostle James says we are a kind of firstfruit. (James 1:18)

The first verse of the bible is introducing YahwehShua and the saints or firstfruits.

This understanding is confirmed in Isaiah 8:18:  “Behold, I and the children who Yahweh had given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from Yahweh of hosts, which dwelleth in Mount Zion.”

When are these children revealed? You will find this in the last book of the bible, the revelation of YahwehShua Messiah 14: 1:  “And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the Mount Zion and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his name and the name of his Father written in their foreheads.” (Diaglott)

The King James Version hides the truth of this verse with an incomplete translation from the Greek. These newly resurrected children of Yahweh (1 John 3:2) have the name of YahwehShua, which is His name and the name of His Father, on their foreheads.

Verse four of the same chapter tells us who these 144,000 are:  “These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto Yahweh[the Father] and to the Lamb[YahwehShua].”

We are in the latter days and Yahweh is revealing his truth to his saints or firstfruits. Consider Amos 3:7:  “Surely the sovereign Yahweh will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”

Also consider 1 Corinthians 2:10:  “But Yahweh hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of Yahweh.”

On this website, you will find the deep things of Yahweh being revealed. This understanding has come to those who have the Spirit of the Messiah being formed within them. (Galatians 4:19) These saints or firstfruits have the mind of Messiah being formed within them that enables them to search the deeper things of Yahweh. (Philippians 2:10)

The formation of the Spirit of Messiah can only begin with baptism in the name of YahwehShua. With this baptism, the Father freely gives us His Spirit, which then provides us with the down payment of the Spirit of Messiah. Over time the Spirit of Messiah is formed. This is the process of overcoming. Those who do not quench the Spirit and overcome to the end will be resurrected when Messiah returns. These are the 144,000 revealed in Revelation 14:1.

What about the creation prior to the first verse of the first book of the bible? We can learn about this in Job 38: 4- 7:

“Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?

Declare, if thou hast understanding.  Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? Or who hath stretched the line upon it?  Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? Or who laid the corner stone thereof; when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of Elohim shouted for joy?”

These “sons of Elohim” are the angels. They were created during a spiritual creation, just prior to the introduction of the physical creation in Genesis (Bereyshiyth). This physical creation is producing a new set of sons. The first set did not have to go through a physical incarnation first. The current creation, those introduced in the first book, are producing a second set of sons who must be physical first and eventually become spirit beings.

Yahweh has not completed his creation. Yes, there was a spiritual creation, which was then followed by our present physical creation, but there is more.

What about the new heavens and earth? This next creation follows the present physical creation and is revealed in Isaiah 65:17 and 1 Peter 3:12. The present physical creation will be destroyed by fire as revealed in 1 Peter 3:12. All mortal human beings will be able to enter the new heavens and earth once they are changed to spirit beings. Flesh and blood cannot enter the new creation; therefore all resurrected human beings must first become spirit beings. (1 Corinthians 15:50)

Human beings do not go to heaven; Yahweh brings His heaven to the new earth. This is revealed in Revelation 21:1-2:

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from Yahweh out in heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”

The firstfruits are those who are the beginning of this new creation. (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 6:15) The firstfruits are the judges by which more people will be selected and transformed into spirit beings, which allows them to enter the new creation. Those who must enter through the lake of fire will be allowed to complete their time in the second death and then enter the new heaven and earth. All humans entering this new creation will have no memory of how they got there.  (Isaiah 65:17; Revelation 21:4)

The firstfruits and those they judge eligible to enter the kingdom without going through the lake of fire will have a reward waiting for them in the new heavens and earth. Those entering from the lake of fire will not have an inheritance. The inheritance is only for those who will be living in New Jerusalem. Those living outside the walls will not share this inheritance. (Revelation 22:15)

As you study and learn more about this new creation, you may develop more interest in learning if you too may qualify to receive the status of firstfruit.  As a firstfruit within New Jerusalem, you will have the opportunity to experience what was revealed in Isaiah 9:7:

“Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The seal of Yahweh of hosts will perform this.”

Yes, Yahweh will have a physical kingdom on this present earth during the one thousand years after Messiah returns. (Revelation 20:1) Sin will continue to exist during this kingdom and after the thousand years have been completed, Satan will be loosed to cause more problems. The kingdom in the new heaven and earth will be permanent and without sin. The firstfruits are leading the way. Are you being called to be a firstfruit? Perhaps you should look into it?

The firstfruits hidden in Genesis 1:1 are now revealed during this present age. We have been given Yahweh’s purpose from the very beginning. Ephesians 3:5 reveals this:  “Which in the ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit”. The Spirit Is very much involved in the calling of the firstfruits.  Once baptized, the Spirit of Messiah will bring the firstfruits into the deeper understanding of Yahweh.

Do you desire to know the mysteries of Yahweh? Pray to Yahweh for truth, study the articles on this website and contact us for more guidance. We are the firstfruits of the body of Messiah. At one time, the key of knowledge was taken away (Luke 11:52), but now you can have access to this remarkable knowledge. Consult with us to consider carefully whether the Father is calling you. (John 6:44) This may be your invitation!

The first fruits are the vanguard of this new creation. What a remarkable opportunity to be part of this exciting future. Consider carefully what is at stake if you are being called and miss the opportunity to accept this invitation. Yahweh has done all this, “for the firstfruits”. Do you wish to find out if you can be included?

What is Your destiny?

Paul helps us see our options in 1 Corinthians 15:44:  “There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.”

Our current state of life is as a natural body. That is how Adam was created and we are descended from him. Paul confirms this in 1 Corinthians 15:47: “The first man is of the earth, earthy:”

Paul again confirms our destiny in 1 Corinthians 15:49:  “And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.”(Spiritual) Our current human or natural state cannot inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh. (1 Corinthians 15:50) We must lose this mortality and become immortal. (1 Corinthians 15: 53)

We all must experience death. However, our existence ceases when we die. This is confirmed in Ecclesiastes 9:5, “for the living know they shall die: but the dead know nothing.”

After our death we have no thoughts, dreams or any type of existence. The good news is that everyone who dies will live again.

Every created human being that has ever been conceived will live again. Just as all men have their own time of life and death, each of us has a different time for our resurrection from death. Paul confirms this in 1 Corinthians 15:23:  “but every man in his own order:”

The saints or firstfruits will be resurrected first. This will be a resurrection to a spiritual life. The apostle John tells us this in Revelation 20:6:

“Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of Yahweh and of Messiah, and shall reign with him 1000 years.”

The saints only die once. When they are resurrected, they will no longer be mortal but will put on a spiritual body.

What is the second death? All mankind who aren’t resurrected when Messiah returns will have to wait until the thousand-year reign is completed. At that time all mankind who are left in death will be resurrected as mortal human beings. They will receive the Spirit of Yahweh and have 100 years to be judged. Their destiny will either be the second death, or lake of fire, or they will be qualified to enter the kingdom of Yahweh along with the saints.

There will be no flesh and blood in the Kingdom. The new heavens and earth will not be a natural creation but a spiritual one. (2 Peter 3: 12-13; Isaiah 65:17) Everyone who emerges after the second resurrection, or the lake of fire, will have spiritual bodies. They will therefore be qualified to enter the new heavens and earth.

After death, we do not go to heaven. Heaven comes to us in the form of a new heaven and earth. Yahweh brings his throne and his kingdom to the new earth that will be the center of the new universe.

The saints will be resurrected when Messiah returns and will remain on the earth with him. The second resurrection will bring the rest of mankind back to earth where they will be judged. After their judgment this present natural universe will be destroyed. The saints, those judged to qualify for the second resurrection and those who complete their time in the lake of fire will all be in the new heavens and earth.

The question you must have is what is MY destiny? Will it be the first resurrection, second resurrection or the lake to fire prior to entering the new heavens and earth? For us to really answer this you must first be baptized in the name of inheritance, YahwehShua.

At that time you will freely receive the Spirit of the Father and that Spirit will provide you with the down payment of the Spirit of Messiah. As that spirit is formed within you (Galatians 4:19), you will become more like Messiah. His Spirit over time displaces your carnal self so that upon your death you will be eligible for the resurrection when he returns. You will then be like him. (1 John 3:2) It is his Spirit found within you that allows you to be in the better resurrection. (Hebrews 11:35)

The only qualification to being in the second resurrection is that you were conceived as a human being and did not qualify to be in the first resurrection. All those in death, and not in any way conscious, will be given a second mortal life. During this resurrection the saints will judge them. They will either be qualified to enter the new heavens and earth or will be cast into the lake of fire or the second death. Those in the lake of fire will not remain in the state of death but will eventually be transformed into spiritual beings so that they can enter the new heavens and earth.

Notice in Revelation 21:1 where we are informed that:  “the first heavens and the first earth were passed away.”  This occurs with the destruction of all physical matter. (2 Peter 3:12)

When we began this article, I told you that there are two states: natural and spiritual. At a future time the natural state will be totally destroyed. Only our spiritual state will remain. We will all become spirit beings.

The Light of YahwehShua is able to provide you with the guidance necessary to overcome into the better resurrection. This requires baptism in YahwehShua and obedience to Yahweh. It is not easy.

The second resurrection will happen. No effort is required on your part. If you are not in the first resurrection, you will either be in the second resurrection or the lake of fire. Your ultimate destiny is to be a spirit being. You cannot choose to be immortal or a spirit being. Your decision to accept or reject Yahweh’s calling will affect your position as a spiritual being.

Please consider the benefits of being in the better resurrection. It will not be easy but it will be worth it. Contact us for more information.  If you wish to submit a question or comment, please email our Elder at john12e4567@gmail.com.

The destiny of the Saints in the better resurrection and beyond!

The saints, those called and chosen during this age, have the opportunity of being in a better resurrection. (Hebrews 11:35) Every human being who has ever been conceived will be resurrected. This is true of even those who have died as a fetus or infant.

Satan has deceived the world. (Revelation 12:9) He began with the angels in heaven and continued with Adam and Eve in the garden. His work continues today as described in first Peter 5:8:  “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”

In our “modern” society we have become too sophisticated to acknowledge the existence of Satan the devil. However, religions have diverted our attention with the concept of eternal torture, going to heaven after death, hiding the true name of our Creator, promoting the myth about the immortal soul, using erroneous translations of the Scriptures and many other false understandings. Most people are not aware that these are deceptions. These unaware people are not being called at this time. Those who die deceived will have their opportunity in the second resurrection.

The time period from the Pentecost described in Acts 2 until the return of Messiah is the age for the saints to be called and chosen. (Matthew 20:16) Only the Father calls the saints (John 6:44) and only the Son chooses them. (John 15:16) You do not decide to be called, but you can accept or reject that calling. Yahweh, the Father, who has known the saints from the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1: 4) is the only one to make this calling.

How do you know if you are being called? If you are attracted to this website, find the articles of interest, study, pray to Yahweh for truth and contact us for guidance, this may be YOUR invitation from the Father. You can reject it. But it was the Father who issued the invitation. However if you reject His calling, you will have missed the greatest opportunity of this age. There is no second chance.

The saints or firstfruits are being called and chosen to become part of the order of Melchizedek. They will serve as priests of Yahweh and of Messiah. (Revelation 20:6) They will forever be with Messiah. They will not face the second death, the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:6) They are being groomed to become priests and judges. They will judge the angels and the rest of mankind in the second resurrection. When the saints are resurrected they will be like Messiah. (1 John 3:2)

The way to the kingdom is not easy. There will be sacrifices and difficulties. The book of Acts 14:22 warns us that:  “We must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of Yahweh.”

There is help available. Once you are baptized in the name of YahwehShua, you will receive the down payment of Messiah’s Spirit. His Spirit, as it is being formed within you (Galatians 4:19) gradually gives you the mind and faith of Messiah. This enhanced mind will allow you to better grasp the truth of Yahweh and become a contributing member to the body of Messiah.

The body of Messiah, or the ekklesia, is a wonderful gift. It is a fellowship of those called and chosen to be saints. They assemble together, pray for each other, practice true love for each other and walk this great path to the kingdom together. Not all will make it. However, your greatest chance for overcoming is by actively fellowshipping with other members of the body of Messiah.

Messiah tells us this in Matthew 18:20:  “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Those gathered in the name of YahwehShua will have HIS support and encouragement. He works within you as well as through the other saints. This walk is best taken with the other saints. The devil is looking for solitary, isolated people easily picked off. This is the way of a lion hunting its prey. (1 Peter 5:8)

The ultimate destiny of all human beings is to be in the new heavens and earth. (1 Peter 3:12; Isaiah 65:17) The new heavens and earth are of a spirit substance, not physical, as it is now. This material physical world is destined to be destroyed by fire. (1 Peter 3:12) Flesh and blood cannot enter the Kingdom of Yahweh because it will be located in the new heavens and earth. (1 Corinthians 15:50)

Being called and chosen as a saint during this age is an incredible opportunity. Your examining this website may be part of that invitation. Be careful, and don’t reject it.

The saints have the destiny of being in the first resurrection and reigning with Messiah for 1000 years. They will never die again and will be given the responsibility of judging angels and mankind. Then, following the destruction of this present material universe, they will enter the new heavens and earth. They will automatically enter New Jerusalem and serve Yahweh for eternity.

Take note of this! All mankind in the new heavens and earth will not have a memory of how they got there and what went on before. (Isaiah 65:17)

The saints, as well as all mankind outside or in New Jerusalem, will not remember how or why they got there. That memory would be painful. (Revelation 21:4) How merciful Yahweh is to consider that important detail. He is very detail oriented. Nothing escapes Him. There is nothing left to chance for saints, as they are guided by Yahweh’s will and love for them. Even the death of a saint is of interest to Yahweh. (Psalms 116: 15) He has known us from the foundation of the world and follows our progress even to our death. Our death in YahwehShua is a significant moment for HIM. At that time we have demonstrated our overcoming and will be allowed to become part of the YAHWEH FAMILY.

Please take this invitation seriously. This is the Father, who has known you from the foundation of the world, personally extending this invitation to you. This is a serious moment in your existence. Consider the benefits of being a saint.

The members of the Light of YahwehShua have the experience and understanding of what it takes to be a saint who overcomes. We can be your mentors to provide you with the best possibility of overcoming into the kingdom. We, of the body of Messiah, are here to assist all who were being called and chosen.

Who are we? We are those who Messiah has commanded to love one another as he loved us. (John 15:12; 2 John 5-6)  All those baptized in YahwehShua are our brothers and sisters. We are obligated to “Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another.” (Romans 12:10) To learn even more about our command from Messiah read the entire chapter of Romans 12.

Those in YahwehShua are the best source of information on how to take advantage of your calling. Learn from our mistakes and successes. What Yahweh has given us is freely available to you! Come on! Give us a try. What do you have to lose?

Your Destiny with YAHWEHSHUA

Recently we received an email request asking for more information about YahwehShua.  The following was intended to answer her question:

The King James Bible or similar translation tells you much about YahwehShua.

In the Old Testament he is known as Yahweh, Yahweh of hosts, etc. However, the King James Version (KJV) uses the word LORD instead of the proper name Yahweh. There are two members in the Yahweh family revealed in the Old Testament:  The Father, who remains in the light and the Son, who is the creator of all things.

In the New Testament, we learn about the physical presence or incarnate form that Yahweh, the Son, became: Yahshua.  The translations read the Greek incorrectly and call him Jesus.

The name of the Son is very important. In Deuteronomy 29:20 we learn that whoever receives all the curses will have his name blotted out. In Galatians 3:13 we learn that Yahshua became a curse for us. In 2 Corinthians 5:21, we learn that Yahshua became sin for all mankind. Only one man, Yahshua, died in sin.

In the book of Acts, verse 2:38, Peter is quoted as telling us to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. However, as stated before, Jesus Christ is the wrong name. Peter said this after the resurrection of the Messiah at which time he inherited a new name. (Hebrews 1:4) His blood had absorbed all sin. His human name was attached to that blood and is therefore defiled. He had to have a new name before he appeared before His Father. You can read about his appearance before his Father in Zechariah, chapter 3.

Messiah is the high priest of the order of Melchizedek. (Hebrews 6:20) The high priest can only appear before Yahweh with the name of Yahweh on his forehead. (Exodus 28:36-38) Therefore the name inherited by the Son had to include the name Yahweh. After his resurrection, his name became YahwehShua, Yahweh-savior.

If we are to become saints and have the opportunity to be resurrected when Messiah returns, we must be baptized in the correct name. A human name is not acceptable. It must be the inherited name of YahwehShua.

The ultimate destiny of all mankind who has ever been conceived is to be in the new heavens and earth. (2 Peter 3:13; Isaiah 65:17) In the new heavens and earth, we will find the kingdom of Yahweh on the earth. Not one human being is lost. Some however, will be outside the kingdom. (Revelation 22:15) The saints and those they judge eligible to be in the kingdom will live within the walls of the kingdom of Yahweh.

You can see that religions teach us lies. When we die we don’t go to either heaven or hell. There are resurrections. The first is for the saints. The second is a physical resurrection for all the rest of mankind. Everyone goes to the new heavens and earth.

This is my answer to your question. There is much more on our website. As you read and study, please pray to Yahweh for truth. The greatest understanding however comes only after baptism in the inherited name of YahwehShua. We are always available to be of help to you.  If you wish to submit a question or comment, please include your email address so we may respond to you.
