NAZARITE VOW

A brother by the Holy Spirit today stimulated our fellowship and had many interesting things I'd never studied in detail, such as the Nazarite vow and Nazarene. I needed to learn more so what does the Bible say?

Num 6: v1. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying,

V2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate [themselves] to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate [themselves] unto Yahweh.

V3. He shall separate [himself] from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.

V4. All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk .

V5. All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth [himself] unto Yahweh, he shall be holy, [and] shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

V6. All the days that he separateth [himself] unto Yahweh he shall come at no dead body.

V7. He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration (H5145 Nezer Nazariteship) of Yahweh [is] upon his head

V8. All the days of his separation he [is] holy unto Yahweh .

V9. And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

V10. And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

V11. And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.

V12. And he shall consecrate unto Yahweh the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.

V13. And this [is] the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

V14. And he shall offer his offering unto Yahweh, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,

V15. And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.

V16. And the priest shall bring [them] before Yahweh, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:

V17. And he shall offer the ram [for] a sacrifice of peace offerings unto Yahweh, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.

V18. And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation [at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put [it] in the fire which [is] under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.

V19. And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put [them] upon the hands of the Nazarite, after [the hair of] his separation is shaven:

V20. And the priest shall wave them [for] a wave offering before Yahweh: this [is] holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.

V21. This [is] the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, [and of] his offering unto Yahweh for his separation, beside [that] that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.

So no old or new wine, no haircut, no touching dead bodies, no fresh or even dried grapes. Our brother also mentioned the parents of Samson.

Jdg 13: v3. And the angel of Yahweh appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou [art] barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.

V4. Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean [thing:]

V5. For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto Yahweh from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

V6. Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A man of Yahweh came unto me, and his countenance [was] like the countenance of an angel of Yahweh, very terrible (revere, awesome, fearful): but I asked him not whence he [was,] neither told he me his name:

V7. But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean [thing:] for the child shall be a Nazarite to Yahweh from the womb to the day of his death.

V8. Then Manoah intreated Yahweh, and said, O my Yahweh, let the man of Yahweh which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born.

V9. And Yahweh hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of Yahweh (likely Gabriel or Michael) came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband [was] not with her.

V10. And the woman made haste, and ran, and shewed her husband, and said unto him, Behold, the man hath appeared unto me, that came unto me the [other] day.

V11. And Manoah arose, and went after his wife, and came to the man, and said unto him, [Art] thou the man that spakest unto the woman? And he said, I [am.]

V12. And Manoah said, Now let thy words come to pass. How shall we order the child, and [how] shall we do unto him?

V13. And the angel of Yahweh said unto Manoah, Of all that I said unto the woman let her beware.

V14. She may not eat of any [thing] that cometh of the vine, neither let her drink wine or strong drink, nor eat any unclean [thing:] all that I commanded her let her observe.

V15. And Manoah said unto the angel of Yahweh, I pray thee, let us detain thee, until we shall have made ready a kid for thee.

V16. And the angel of Yahweh said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt offering, thou must offer it unto Yahweh (not an angel). For Manoah knew not that he [was] an angel of Yahweh.

V17. And Manoah said unto the angel of Yahweh, What [is] thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour?

V18. And the angel of Yahweh said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it [is] secret (probably Gabriel or Michael but perhaps our Creator didn’t want the Adversary to know who his replacements were in order to protect them at that time)

V19. So Manoah took a kid with a meat offering, and offered [it] upon a rock unto Yahweh: and [the angel] did wondrously; and Manoah and his wife looked on.

V20. For it came to pass, when the flame went up toward heaven from off the altar, that the angel of Yahweh ascended in the flame of the altar. And Manoah and his wife looked on [it,] and fell on their faces to the ground.

V21. But the angel of Yahweh did no more appear to Manoah and to his wife. Then Manoah knew that he [was] an angel of Yahweh.

V22. And Manoah said unto his wife, We shall surely die, because we have seen Yahweh.

V23. But his wife said unto him, If Yahweh were pleased to kill us, he would not have received a burnt offering and a meat offering at our hands, neither would he have shewed us all these [things,] nor would as at this time have told us [such things] as these.

V24. And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and Yahweh blessed him.

Then came Delilah into Samson's life!

Jdg 16: v17. That he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I [have been] a Nazarite unto Yahweh from my mother’s womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any [other] man.

V18. And when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up this once, for he hath shewed me all his heart. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought money in their hand.

V19. And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.

V20. And she said, The Philistines [be] upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not (didn’t know) that Yahweh was departed from him.

V21. But the Philistines took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house.

V22. Howbeit the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaven.

V23. Then the lords of the Philistines gathered them together for to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their so-called god, and to rejoice: for they said, Our god hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.

V24. And when the people saw him, they praised their god: for they said, Our god hath delivered into our hands our enemy, and the destroyer of our country, which slew many of us.

V25. And it came to pass, when their hearts were merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison house; and he made them sport: and they set him between the pillars

V26. And Samson said unto the lad that held him by the hand, Suffer me that I may feel the pillars whereupon the house standeth, that I may lean upon them.

V27. Now the house was full of men and women; and all the lords of the Philistines [were] there; and [there were] upon the roof about three thousand men and women, that beheld while Samson made sport.

V28. And Samson called unto Yahweh, and said, O Yahweh, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O Yahweh, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.

V29. And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on which it was borne up, of the one with his right hand, and of the other with his left.

V30. And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with [all his] might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that [were] therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than [they] which he slew in his life.

John the Baptist was likely a Nazarite.

Luk 1: v7. And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were [now] well stricken in years.

V8. And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest’s office before Yahweh in the order of his course,

V9. According to the custom of the priest’s office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of Yahweh.

V10. And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.

V11. And there appeared unto him an angel of Yahweh standing on the right side of the altar of incense.

V12. And when Zacharias saw [him,] he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

V13. But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

V14. And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.

V15. For he shall be great in the sight of Yahweh, and shall drink neither wine (new wine/grape juice) nor strong drink (fermented wine/old wine); and he shall be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb (sounds like a Nazarite vow).

V16. And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to Yahweh.

Luk 7: v33. For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil (Nazarite vow).

Messiah was from Nazareth therefore he was a Nazarene but he likely did not take the Nazarite vow.

Mat 2: v23. And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets (see below), He shall be called a Nazarene.

Isa 11: v1. And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch (Our brother also revealed that the word branch can mean Nazarene or from Nazareth as well as watchmen) shall grow out of his roots:

Jer 33: v15. In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch (Nazarene from Nazareth) of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Luk 7: v34. The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber (thus no Nazarite vow), a friend of publicans and sinner.

Messiah may have started a Nazarite vow at the Last Supper.

Mrk 14: v24. And he said unto them, This is my blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many.

V25. Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine (new wine = unfermented grape juice; possible nod to original sin Adam/Eve) until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of Yahweh.

Paul was accused of being at ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.

Act 24: v5. For we have found this man (Paul) [a] pestilent [fellow,] and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes (Messiah was born in Bethlehem but grew up in Nazareth):

Samuel was like Samson a warrior Nazarite able to touch a dead body.

1Sa 1: v11. And she vowed a vow, and said, O Yahweh of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto Yahweh all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head (Samuel).

1Sa 15: v33. And Samuel said, As thy sword hath made women childless, so shall thy mother be childless among women. And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before Yahweh in Gilgal.

My brother schooled me today. He is a great addition to our fellowship. Iron sharpens iron, but his iron has a diamond edge! HalleluYahwehShua!

BAPTISM

What did Paul say about baptism on the second day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when Moses and the Israelites crossed the Red Sea?

1Co 10: v1. Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

V2. And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;

V3. And did all eat the same spiritual meat;

V4. And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Messiah (Our Creator was Yahweh of the Old Covenant).

What did Messiah require of Abraham in the Old Covenant?

Gen 17: v9. And Yahweh said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

V10. This [is] my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

V11. And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

V12. And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which [is] not of thy seed

I'm glad I was circumcised at 8 days old. I'm sure it was extremely painful for Abraham. Medically speaking, circumcision is a healthier option for a man and is a blessing from Yahweh.

But what about the New Covenant? What does Messiah through Paul say is the new circumcision?

Col 2: v11. In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of YahwehShua (Paul met Messiah on the road to Damascus when Messiah was in his resurrected spiritual body):

V12. Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of Yahweh the Father, who hath raised him from the dead.

V13. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses (all sins);

V14. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances (sacrificial law is placed on pause until the millennium, but not the Royal Law or Ten Commandments which are now magnified in the New Covenant) that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his stake (not cross);

So with the baptism all your sins are forgiven, says Paul. Our Creator was baptized by John. Did he sin? Yahweh forbid! So why did he get baptized? Matthew gives a clue.

Mat 3: v16. And Messiah, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Holy Spirit of the Father descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

V17. And lo a voice from heaven (an angel speaking for the Father since no one has ever heard or seen the Father except the Son), saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

So Messiah received the seed of the Holy Spirit of the Father Yahweh and was begotten. He was perfected by the things he had to overcome and the suffering he endures. He was born again as YahwehShua when he received his inherited name and spiritual body at the resurrection.

Heb 5: v5. So also Messiah glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.

V8. Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

V9. And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Jhn 20: v17. YahwehShua saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my Father Yahweh, and your Father Yahweh.

Messiah does things in patterns, so what's the pattern for our baptism? Do we get a seed of Holy Spirit? Do we have to overcome? Like Messiah who received the seed of his Father's Holy Spirit when we're baptized, we receive the seed of Messiah's Holy Spirit.

Gal 4: v6. And because ye are sons, Yahweh the Father hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Rev 3: v19. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Rev 2: v11. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Gal 4: v19. My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until YahwehShua be formed in you.

Well that's great now that you're baptized, you don't need to do anything else, right? Sorry, not sorry. You are just getting in the race and you're just getting started.

1Co 9: v24. Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

V26. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:

V27. But I keep under my body, and bring [it] into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Php 3: v13. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but [this] one thing [I do,] forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

V14. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of Yahweh the Father in YahwehShua.

What's the prize or the reward? Moses knew about the reward.

 Heb 11: v24. By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;

V25. Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of Yahweh, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

V26. Esteeming the reproach of Messiah greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence (payment) of the reward (becoming a Saint with a spiritual body as part of the 144,000 at the 7th Trump).

John spoke of it in Revelation.

Rev 11: v18. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the Prophets, and to the Saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Rev 22: v11. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still (not much time to change!): and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

V12. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

V13. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

V14. Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Messiah was baptized when he was 30 years old.

Luk 3: v21. Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Messiah also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

V22. And the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son (an angel speaking for the Father since no one has seen or heard the Father except Messiah); in thee I am well pleased.

V23. And Messiah himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was [the son] of Heli.

Why did Messiah wait so long to get baptized? Luke gives a clue.

Luk 14: v28. For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have [sufficient] to finish [it?]

V29. Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish [it,] all that behold [it] begin to mock him,

V30. Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

V31. Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

V32. Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

V33. So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath (forsake the ways of the world, have no idols before our Creator, even a heathen takes care of their family) he cannot be my disciple.

V34. Salt [is] good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? (Mat 5: v13. Ye are the salt of the earth, Mrk 9: v50. Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another, Mrk 9: v49. For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt).,

So why do you have to count the cost? Why can't we just go right ahead?

Luk 9: v62. And Messiah said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of Yahweh

There is no turning back once you're baptized in the right name and have hands laid on you by an elder, you have a big target on your back. The adversary will let the fiery arrows fly. A brother mentioned the following scriptures recently.

Eph 6: v11. Put on the whole armour of YahwehShua, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

V12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places.]

V16. Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

You thought your life was tough and difficult before baptism. Let the tribulation begin.

Act 14: v22. Confirming the souls of the disciples, [and] exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of Yahweh.

What about someone who's younger than 30 years of age who wants to be baptized? What does the Bible say?

1Ch 23: v24. These [were] the sons of Levi after the house of their fathers; [even] the chief of the fathers, as they were counted by number of names by their polls, that did the work for the service of the house of Yahweh, from the age of twenty years and upward.

The Earth was baptized with water (Noah/flood) and will be baptized with fire (7 seals/trumps/vials) leading up to Armageddon and also again leading up to Gog/Magog. Likewise we ought to be baptized with water and then fire.

Mat 3: v10. And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

V11. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit, and [with] fire:

Baptism is done by immersion in water.

V39. And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of Yahweh caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

Mrk 1: v10. And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

In summary, count the cost, read all the articles on this website, pray to Yahweh the Father in the name of his resurrected Son YahwehShua and consider taking the first step.

HalleluYahwehShua!

SERPENT OF BRASS?

What is this serpent of brass that Yahweh told Moses to make?

Num 21: v5. And the people spake against Yahweh, and against Moses, wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For [there is] no bread, neither [is there any] water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.

V6. And Yahweh sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.

V7. Therefore, the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against Yahweh, and against thee; pray unto Yahweh, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.

V8. And Yahweh said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole  (notice our Creator said put it up on a pole, not a cross, poles are vertical unlike a cross): and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.

V9. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole (vertical beam not a horizontal beam, not a cross), and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

The chief Angel Lucifer fell away (Father and Son foresaw this, it was part of the Father's plan and took a third of the angels with him and now is Satan ). He received permission to test Eve in the garden of the field which Yahweh had made. Gen 3: v1. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath Yahweh said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden.

V2. And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

V3. But of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden, Yahweh hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

V5. For Yahweh doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

V4. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die (yet):

V6. And when the woman saw that the tree [was] good for food, and that it [was] pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

V7. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they [were] naked (ashamed/sin); and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

What is this tree of the knowledge of good and evil?

Gen 2: v16. And Yahweh commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat.

V17. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day (within a thousand years) that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

V24. Therefore, shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh (one body like Messiah and assembly are one body/one purpose).

V25. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed (without sin).

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is none other than the fallen angel Satan. He was once the sum total of perfection and knew good until sin (evil) was found in him.

Ezk 28: V3. Behold, thou [art] wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:

V6. Therefore, thus saith Yahweh; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of Yahweh;

V9. Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I [am] Yahweh? But thou [shalt be] a man (created being like man), and no Yahweh, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

V12. Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus (symbolic of Satan, Tyrus is controlled by Satan), and say unto him, Thus saith Yahweh; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty (Lucifer the archangel or Chief Angel was beautiful, unlike our Creator and the two witnesses, Lucifer now replaced by Michael and Gabriel).

V13. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of Yahweh (was with Yahweh in the garden probably when he created the garden of Eden before Adam was even created); every precious stone [was] thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

V14. Thou [art] the anointed cherub (Head Angel) that covereth; and I have set thee [so:] thou wast upon the holy mountain of Yahweh; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

V15. Thou [wast] perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee (part of the Father's plan).

V16. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of Yahweh: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

V17. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

V18. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee (Our Creator likely takes the hedge down about Satan and the fallen Angels and a lake of fire consumes their spiritual bodies; see article Wrath of YahwehShua), it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

Isaiah and John in Revelation confirm the fall of Lucifer and the fact that he took a third of the angels with him (spiritual bodies must be a lot stronger than flesh bodies because he could only deceive a third of the angels, however, he deceives all in this world the darkness below).

Isa 14: v12. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations

V13. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of Yahweh: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

V14. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

V15. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Rev 12: v3. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon (Satan), having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

V4. And his tail drew the third part of the stars (angels) of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

V5. And she brought forth a man child (Messiah), who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto Yahweh the Father (after his resurrection he ascended up to the Father as YahwehShua, the perfect wave sheaf offering), and [to] his throne.

V6. And the woman (much of the assembly will be taken to a place of safety in the last 3 and 1/2 years leading up to the 7th Trump) fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared by YahwehShua, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days (3 and 1/2 years of 30-day months leading up to the return of YahwehShua at the 7th trumpet).

Full circle back to the serpent of brass and what it could mean spiritually? Messiah gives us the clue:

Jhn 3: v14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man (Messiah) be lifted up (on a vertical pole not a cross or horizontal beam):

V15. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life (in the kingdom eternally, the rest of creation outside the kingdom with eternal life).

The people with Moses were cured when they looked upon this serpent of brass. But the serpent represents the devil or sin being lifted up on a beam! Messiah was lifted up on a beam into a tree, is he a devil? Yahweh forbid! What do the scriptures say?

Gal 3: v13. Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree:

Jhn 1: v29. The next day John seeth Messiah coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of Father Yahweh, which taketh away the sin of the world (all sin /past /present/ future).

Our Creator is the only person to die in sin and the only sin sponge which has wiped away all sin (past, present, and future) to give life to all including all the fallen angels and all humans who fail to overcome. Like the serpent lifted up in the wilderness, our Creator was lifted up on a vertical beam or pole into a tree. That single greatest act of love of all time destroys death for all creation in the seen and unseen world.

Heb 2: v14. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

RECONCILE

The Son has been carrying out the plan of the Father from the very beginning when he created the seen and unseen world and controls everything at the direction of the Father.  At the end he hands over New Jerusalem, the new heavens and earth, to the Father.

Col 1: v15. Who is the image of the invisible Father Yahweh, the firstborn of every creature:

V16. For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

V17. And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

1Co 15: v24. Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to Yahweh, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

V25. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

V26. The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death.

Death is destroyed. Does that mean that everyone is going to live forever? What? People that deny Messiah, fallen angels, and Satan aren't they going to burn in hell forever and ever? What does the Bible say?

Col 1: v20. And, having made peace through the blood of his beam (nailed to a vertical stake and pulled up into a tree, see previous article: STAKE? BEAM?CROSS?), by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say,] whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.

What is reconciliation?

The only thing in the unseen world that needs reconciliation is the adversary and the fallen angels. In the seen world, all whoever lived or who was aborted will get the free gift of life. However, to be in the kingdom (family) is more difficult. See previous articles on this website. No repentance is required for reconciliation, the free gift of life.

Rom 5: v10. For if, when we were enemies (no repentence required), we were reconciled to Yahweh the Father by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled (free gift of life for all creation), we shall be saved by his life (Messiah's life in you is required for salvation. This requires being baptized in the correct name,  repenting, overcoming until Messiah is fully formed in you by the seventh trumpet for the 144,000. Those that overcome in the first hundred years of the Last Great Day and have Messiah fully formed in them will be part of the innumerable multitude).

But what about the devil and the fallen angels and everyone outside the kingdom? Don't they burn forever in the third hell (see the article on this website: Three Concepts of Heaven & Hell) the lake of fire?

Rev 20: v10. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast (people not in the kingdom) and the false prophet (false messiah)[are,] and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The above scripture makes our Creator out to be a terrorist! Yahweh forbid! One of the Strong’s defintions for G165 aion (ever and ever) is “period of time”. Unfortunately the world uses one of the incorrect definitions — eternal. The only two eternals are the Father and the Son, The rest of creation including the fallen angels have a beginning and an end. Eventually when the Father’s plan is completed by the Son all creation will have eternal life! The Old Covenant story of Jonah also corresponds to the particular Strong's definition above.

Jon 2: v6. I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars [was] about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O Yahweh my Creator.

The Strong's definitions for H5769 Olam all seem like an eternity. Strong’s isn’t always right. What does the Bible say?

Jon 1: v17. Now Yahweh had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights

Not forever, only 3 days, which is a period of time. This corresponds to the New Covenant particularly in Strong's mentioned above.

All creation including the fallen angels, the adversary, all who fail to overcome, murderers, even Hitler get the free gift of life (reconciliation) and live eternally outside the kingdom!

Salvation, however, requires getting called by the Father, getting baptized in the correct name, repenting and overcoming daily until Messiah is fully formed in you and being chosen by YahwehShua Messiah.

HalleluYahwehShua!

DOES THE NAME EVEN MATTER ?

What does the Bible say?

Exo 20: v7. Thou shalt not take the name of Yahweh thy true Elohyim (Father/Son) in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Taketh his name in vain? Strong's definition:

Notice the words falsehood and lying! Calling his name God is a falsehood! Calling his name Lord is lying! Taking his name in vain! Breaking the third commandment! But many will say the law has been done away with? Really? What does the word say?

1Jn 3: v4. Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Rom 5: v13. For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

So if the law is done away with, then no one is sinning, since sin is transgression of the law! What does the Bible say about this?

1Jn 1: v10. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him (YahwehShua) a liar, and his word is not in us.

1Jn 2: v3. And hereby we do know that we know him (YahwehShua), if we keep his commandments (Ten Commandments).

The only law done away with was the sacrificial law, but the Royal Law, the Ten Commandments are now magnified in the New Covenant. The sacrificial law will be part of the New Covenant during the Millennial Sabbath that looks back to the greatest act of love of all time, just as the sacrificial law in the Old Covenant looks forward to the greatest act of love of all time (See article on Millennial sacrifices). The Ten Commandments which are magnified are impossible to keep perfectly without the growth of Messiah in us. Some evidence of the magnified Ten Commandments:

Mat 5: v21. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

V22. But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Mat 5: v27. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

V28. But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Why can't we use his human name Yahshua/Joshua/JC ? There was no “J” in any language on the planet until approximately 500 years ago (in 1524 Gian Giorgio introduced the letter J). The name Yahweh was originally in the Bible nearly 7,000 times (www.iw.ora>appen, Complete Biblical Library St. Louis, Missouri), by the time our Creator was on the planet (approximately 2 thousand years ago) the Dead Sea scrolls (approximately 2,000 years old) prove that the name Yahweh in the bible was cut down to 2000 times. Names are transliterated to preserve the phonics or how they sound. Yahweh in Paleo Hebrew (the tetragrammaton) sounds like Yahweh in English! So what! Why can ‘t I just call him Lord, God, JC whatever? Our Creator died under the Old Covenant. What does the Bible say? Who took on the sin or all the curses of the seen and unseen world?

Jhn 1: v29. The next day John seeth Messiah coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of Yahweh, which taketh away the sin of the world (seen and unseen).

Gal 3: v13. Messiah hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree:

What's that got to do with the name? The pearl scripture:

Deu 29: v20. Yahweh will not spare him, but then the anger of Yahweh and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him (our Creator), and Yahweh shall blot out his (human) name from under heaven.

The Bible can't contradict itself. Our Creator in the flesh is the only one who has died in sin. He's the only sin sponge and his human name as well as his body and blood was defiled by all sins past present and future! Thus, when our Creator died, his human name was supposed to be blotted out of the scriptures. However, the high priests blotted out his resurrected name and his father's name. Which name did he inherit when he died?

Heb 1: v4. Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance (his physical death) obtained a more excellent name than they.

Psa 148: v13. Let them praise the name of Yahweh: for his name alone is excellent; his glory [is] above the earth and heaven.

Is it okay to baptize in any name or title? What do the scriptures say?

Mat 28: v19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name (singular name, not names, not titles such as Lord or God which were not in the original scriptures) of the Father, and of the Son (YahwehShua contains the name of the Father Yahweh and the name of the Son YahwehShua. Holy Spirit was not in the original scriptures)!

Someone once told me baptism wasn’t important. Really? What does the word say?

2Co 5: v5. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing [is] Yahweh (the Father), who also hath given unto us the earnest (down payment of his Son or seed of Messiah) of the Spirit (Spirit of Messiah=Holy Spirit).

Rom 8: v15. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption (Spirit of Messiah or Holy Spirit of the Son), whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Thus, the Bible says you have to get baptized in the singular NAME of the Father and Son to receive a down payment or seed of the Holy Spirit of Messiah in you! Revelation chapter 1 through 3 and Paul confirm that overcoming and repenting is required for the Holy Spirit of Messiah to mature in you in order to keep the commandments or have a shot at being a part of 144 thousand.

Rev 2: v16. Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Rev 3: v5. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Gal 4: v19. My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until YahwehShua be formed in you.

There is no salvation in any human name or title and this is confirmed by the prophet Joel, Peter, and the Messiah himself!

Jol 2: v32. And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh (not a title, not jc, not g-d, not lord) shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as Yahweh hath said, and in the remnant (potential Saints) whom Yahweh shall call.

Act 4: v11. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

V12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men (no human name, not even the human name of Messiah), whereby we must be saved.

Jhn 5: v43. I am come in my Father’s name, (Yahweh) and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

If Aaron, a physical high priest, had to have the name Yahweh on his mitre to enter the earthly Holy of Holies, a copy of the true Holy of Holies in heaven. When our high priest enters the true Holy of Holies of the Father in heaven he must have the heavenly name YahwehShua on his mitre. No human name would be able to enter.

Exo 28: v36. And thou shalt make a plate [of] pure gold, and grave upon it, [like] the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO YAHWEH.

Heb 9: v24. For YahwehShua is not entered into the holy places made with hands, [which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of Yahweh the Father for us:

It's black and white in the scriptures. You need baptism in the correct name to get the down payment and begin overcoming to have a chance at being with Elijah and Moses and the 144,000 Saints when they receive a spiritual body. It is my belief that Elijah and Moses will be the two witnesses testifying for 3 and 1/2 years prior to the seventh trump!

Mal 4: v5. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of YAHWEH:

Want to meet Messiah in the air with Moses and Elijah and be part of the 144,000?    The correct singular NAME of the Father and Son is everything! Your salvation depends on it! It's the key that unlocks the door!

HalleluYahwehShua!
